This southwest-facing vineyard site yields Cabernet Sauvignon with a deep purple hue and an exotic, vibrantly fruit-forward style. Very singular in expression, it also displays the classic Knights Valley aromas of fresh plum, violet and fig. This wine is intensely bold and rich in structure, refined by 32 months in barrel. Flavors of toffee and cocoa nibs linger, leaving your palate begging for one more sip.
