Edmeades Vineyard Pinot Noir

The 2018 Edmeades vineyard shows crunchy red and black fruits in spades. The huge diurnal temperature swings of this Anderson Valley site allow for the full spectrum of red/blue/black fruit. Additionally, a textural sweetness on the entry leads to pleasantly grippy tannins though the midpalate which highlight the tart cherry notes through the finish. The acidity of this Pinot Noir provides a finesse and energy that holds the purity of the fruit and delicate oak flavors at great length. We are thrilled to be making vineyard designate wines from the Anderson Valley and there is no place we would rather be than this historic site.
